I think you should not go out with them as it will end in tears if their parents are not nice then the relationship will follow that too.

If the parents are a cause of concern, try gradually introducing yourself. Be polite and respectful, do not make it clear that you are interested in their child that way until you are sure that you and the parents are on the same respectful grounds and get along. then speak with the parents about how you have grown to loce their chils, if they do not accept this, its okay, it may be better if you wait a bit longer to date this person, maybe when the parents have loosened off. You could take the risk of dating in secret, however if you are caught, that may cause problems. If the parents are accepting of the relationship after you have spoken with them respectfully and calmly about your feelings, everything should be fine. No patents have a permanent hold on their childs love life, bare that in mind.
