Depends on if your 13 year old is male or female. If its a female teen, then ask her, "Why are you wearing my hosery?" and "Are you interested in having your own?" If she likes to wear hose,but never has before then introduce her into the world of wearing pantyhose,tights and stockings. She might want to feel more grown up. Help her learn about pantyhose from the different styles,colors, sizes, and companies that make them. If its a 13 year old male teen wearing your hose and you want to confront him about it do it in a way as not to frighten him, he may be trying to express his first time sexual feelings towards women and what they like to wear. Disscus the natures of sex and sexual fantsies to him along with masturbation and don't make him feel ashamed, remember if you scold him he may be scared from being yelled at for wearing them. Open up to your child about sexaul things and that way they are learning it from someone they can trust instead of some sexaul pig or someone who's misinformed.
