KEEP A CLOSE EYE ON THEM FOR THE NEXT 24 HOURS. You need to also watch he/she when they go outside to use the potty. You need to make sure the bones pass safely. If you notice your dog hacking/coughing constantly like something is caught in the throat, then you need to look at getting to the vet. If you dog remains calm and normal, you should be fine. You just want to make sure no shards of the bone get stuck somewhere in their little bodies. My dog did that once with a chicken wing, she did fine and passed them about 5 hours later. She's a dachschund/chihuahua mix, only 15lbs. Hope this helps. Oh, and keep lots of water available. It may take a little more than usual to help the body pass them through. :)
