Dress yourself in light clothes so that you do not overheat yourself. Take tylonal (follow bottle's instructions) or advil if you cannot take tylonal. Then a cool shower or a bath can be comforting. I would also reccommend making sure you are keeping your electrolites up by drinking fluids and eating light food.
