I can go ahead and tell you that if you don't feel that way about him as he does you then the relationship isn't going to last. You should never allow a person's emotions to build-up for so long and then expect for the break up (not saying that's what you want at this point, just saying) to go well, however, I would recommend either talking to him about this and letting the relationship go and in hopes attempting to remain friends. If you allow this relationship to go-on further then it will ONLY end badly.
