Be cordial and talk with them when confronted but real friends don't treat another in this manner so maybe they are not really a friend to begin with. Take things in stride but it may be in your best interest to be weary and concentrate on your other friends. Friends don't need to talk to one another 24 7 and maybe what you see as ignoring is them going about their daily life in thought, busy. I wouldn't read too much into it.
