well first id see how your friend feels about you being gay, if you havent told him about your sexuality yet then i suggest you do it now... if he is willing to accept your sexuality but seems uncomfortable around you then drop the crush there... if hes looking hot and heavy over you then reveal your crush to him... if he is the same friend now than before you told him about your sexuality then gently reveal it... like talk to him over an IM or text it will seem less weird... good luck with this! xoxo

I"m gay and i had a huge crush on my best friend and i told her, she was really freaked out, but we worked it out and are still best friends...... but im still in love with her.
