Well to be honest it depends on what sort of issue you are experiencing. I will try my best to answer all the dental problems you may have.
If you have swelling and sensitivity to hot or cold: usually this means an abscess (infection) and you will need either a root canal or extraction of the tooth. You can place a topical anesthesia (ora-gel is over the counter) and you can place ice with a rag on the side of the face where you are experiencing pain. This will reduce blood flow and pressure on that area.
If you are having only hot sensitivity: usually this means Root canal therapy. The only route for this is treatment to the area.
If you are having cold sensitivity: This could mean a lot of issues. If you have had recent dental work your occlusion may need adjusting. This is usually a no charge procedure depending on how long the work has been done. Cold can also mean decay in the tooth that is getting close to the next layer of the tooth which is the dentin. So you will need treatment to cure that issue or it will just get worse.
Most dental pain you will need to see a professional. The tips above are just aids to help you until you can see a professional. The emergency room at you local hospital can prescribe medications for infections in the mouth. If you do not have the finances you can go the to ER or sometimes if there is a local free clinic you can get treatment there. I hope this helps and that you are feeling better soon!
no you cant
no you will have to go to a dentist because it will really pain you if you pull it out and it cant come out by itself its so unlikely i had to go to the dentist for mine too
not really only if you go to a dentist they might be able to pull it out but it might hurt a little
Yes. If you don't meet certain requirements of bone density, tooth strength a basic dental hygiene, they will not put braces on your teeth. There is liability involved if they did.
no you cant - since its not a crime. but you should talk to someone. hurting yourself isn't the answer.

Yes. Enjoying the nightmare as we speak. Oragel, severe tooth ache and 2 extra strength excedrin are waiting for me when i get home. I cant wait. Please go see a dentist.
