You're allowing her to use you! Breakup with her and tell her when she decides who she wants to be this to give you a call. It's difficult to do this, but by staying with her under these circumstances she is hurting you and she is obviously confused so give her the space to decide which one of the two of you she wants to be with. If you don't force her hand on this one you will have a life of misery. Love is about loving only one person and no one else. After the breakup start going out with friends and you are also free to date yourself. This will force her hand one way or the other.

I know what I asked is very difficult, but by standing by and telling her over and over again you love her and she's assured you will wait for her and take her back no matter what then you are going to be in for a lot of hurt.
