Answer 1) Whenever a dog jumps on the guest, put him/her in it's cage or lock them out of the room. Then, about 10 min later, bring them back into the room where your guest is and repeat the process. Hopefully your dog will understand that jumping on guests=cage, and they wont do it anymore. Be patient! Some dogs take more time to learn than others! It worked on my dog, hope it works on yours!
Answer 2) If your dog jumps up on you, simply pick up your knee (for large dogs) or your toes on smaller dogs so that it pushed on their chest and makes it feel as if they want to fall over. Do not look them in the eye when you do this and do not talk to them. Do not hurt the dog though but do it firmly enough to deter this behaviour. If your dog does not jump up on you and only on your guests, invite him to jump up on you then try it. Repeat it until he stops. You can also get someone else like a friend or family member to do this. You can teach the dog not to jump up in a matter of minutes.
