If you're having problems with an AK mag jamming, you probably need to replace the spring. As for clearing the initial jam, typically, either the front or rear of the cartridges would be angled down further. You can apply pressure to the opposite end in order to try getting them level again. If that doesn't work, you'll probably have to remove the floor plate (be careful when you do this, and the pressure could cause the spring to shoot out), then pull out the magazine and follower. When you do this, inspect the follower while you're at it, to ensure it's not bent or otherwise deformed.
