If your friend is being mean to you and she doesn't care about your feelings then she probably don't care about you. I've had this problem before and i use to cry and be so hurt because this "girl" didn't wanna be my friend but after while i stop caring because obviously she didn't care how i feel so i had to stop crying in front of her and stop showing her i was weak and i started hanging aound people who care about me. So my best advice to you is just hang aroud other people because he/she is not the only person who cares about you. =]
