What should you do when a friend is mad at you?

when a friend is mad at you NEVER START SCREAMING AT THEM AGAIN!! I warn you. I've gone through this. Just give them some time, and try talking to them. Don't tell all of your friends that she/he is the meanest person you've ever met. That will get them madder. Maybe write her a note telling her that you're really sorry and that you think that you should be friends again. hope that helps :)

well, you can either talk it out or text or call them thats what i did i texted them what i felt but it didnt do anything to her she's even worse now but if you want to you can try it but what that freind did to me is she stole 3 items of mine and a BUNCH of candy that was expensive and stuffed it into her bag and lied about it repeatedly and lied about taking the 3 items repeatedly also . its been almost a year since that happened .and she also talks about her firends ALOT i like her firends but it gets annoying cause she does it on purpose just to make me "jealous" but im not jealous but she doesnt beleive me . so tell her or him what you dont like about them but if you want to take it to the next step and cut ties wtih them then just dont talk to them and avoid them thats how you get far from them . hope this helped!!!

To me I think it depends on what she/he does. My friend and I get in fights regularly but yesterday during Basketball she got p**** cuz my boyfriend was sitting with us at lunch. I barely get to see him so shouldn't I have a right to sit with him. She was making me choose between him and My friends. I cried all last night and now I'm sick of her SH** because I do everything for her and she treats me like complete and total sh**. It just depends on what's going on I'm not even talking to this girl anymore. I'm sick of her. I hope I can help.

That is almost how it is for me except you have to understand my friends name is D***** she is a lesbian she is always get mad at me because I hang out with my other friends. Like one time I was at church and she is always getting mad but that day my others friends and I where getting followed by this *** she was upset because this *** was not following her well them my friend was sitting with this other girl trying to get me jealous because I was sitting with some one else them this B**** of my friend came to my house and asked my why was I ignoring you but I looked at her and laughed in her face I said to her she needs to stop getting so pissed just because I hang out other friends. Then I was telling her what me and my other friend was talking about but then after like five minutes she said I DONT KNOW WHERE AND WHEN YOU WERE TRYING TO TELL MY WHAT YOU GUYS WERE TALKING ABOUT. then I laughed again and said when now where right here then i told her to stop being a b****. She was trying to use excuses of why she could her me like when she was walking and she didn't hear anybody then she said she thinks she has bad hearing. She does that because she is scared of me. Next time she gets mad at me for no reason I'm going to F*** HER UP SO IF YOU ARE READING THIS D***** WATCH OUT B****. PS. she said that I have to be her friend and nobody Else or else she is not going to be my friend and I said my other friends but she was up my A** the rest of the day.

I'm sure you value this friend greatly, but they honestly don't sound like the best of people for you to be friends with, if you get yourself other friends you'll realise this.

It's fairly likely that even if you talk to them about it they know they're your only friend and are fully aware that they can get away with murder in your eyes.

I've already said it but I'll say it again: the solution to this problem is going out and making nicer friends because even though I'm sure you two get on really well, there are people you can get on with better, plus it's a pretty painful thought for most people if you ask them to think about spending even a full day with their meanest of friends.
