Sit down. Don't move your foot at all if possible; if bleeding, raise it up on a support - lie on your back and place it on a chair where necessary. If family members or friends are nearby, ask them to help. Call an ambulance and explain the situation. Wait for them to arrive.
Soak you foot in warm water for about 20 min. Have a good pair of tweezers handy. In a good light , see if can find the entry point of the needle . squeeze gently to push the needle bit towards the point where it went in. If it comes out enough, pull it out with tweezers. If sucessful. wash and dry and put some antibiotic ointment on. If no luck, go to ER, and you can't remember when you had your last tetanus shot, get one. ER or walk-in urgent care as soon as possible.
