What should you do when you have an anger problem and avoid talking to people and you Cannot see anyone about it?

Tough question. It is almost impossible to work through anger issues on your own. The nature of anger is that it clouds the logical mind.
We wonder why you can't see anyone about it. There are free or sliding-scale services in most areas. Are you simply avoiding it? Just askin'.
The best thing to do, if you are unable to get any help, is to eat well, get plenty of rest and exercise, and try to avoid contact with the sources of the anger. Remember that it is inside you, not coming from them, and that you are the one who is being harmed.
It might also help to know that anger is based on fear, and to ask yourself what is causing you to feel threatened.
We realize that sounds like psycho-babble, but it is essentially what you would get from a therapist -- lacking, of course, the actual therapy that would help you deal with this.
