Cell phones sure help but 911 operators can put a real dent in any fast responses due to the paper work and question and answers session. I was able to pass and get in front of DUI driver's cars on three or four occassions and slow down and block the driver's movement. Maybe they thought I was a DUI - which I was acting like. Luckily they pulled over and stopped. I staggered back -They rolled the window down - I just grabbed the car keys from the ignition and throwed them under the car. I left then. I have no idea what happen to them later. Maybe those I pulled over only got a public drunk ticket. I never knew.
Let them pass and give yourself plenty of space behind the the impaired driver
well if you are not a liscenced driver than you should not be driving on the road.=]
Very simple, duck.
absolutely, when some one is angry when they get behind the wheel, then this anger will escalate should another driver make a mistake, this is how "road rage" continues.
Feelings and emotions
intended path
Concentrate on it's driving
Car behind, you should travel at a speed you at stop at.The driver should take into account driving conditions. I hear you say but the car in front should have moved off as no traffic was coming. What if the car had stalled or the driver was having a heart attack?
the driver behind is not at fault as the in front should be liable as he was negligent
Pull over,or allow them to pass
