You can have the saved games files from internet.Then you can cut and paste all the data in user files folder to other folder for backup.Then paste the downloaded file in the user files folder.

Manual files are records that are not entered or stored in electronic format. These are physical documents which are created and saved manually.
There should be a folder in your documents called "Limewire". Inside that folder is the "Saved" Folder, which is where the files should be. While you are running itunes, click file, then add file or folder, navigate to the "Saved" folder, and select the music you want to add.Alternatively you can go into the "Saved" folder, cut all the files and put them into your "Music" folder.
Use windows media player and sync the files to an mp3 player then go into the the contianing folder for the mp3 music and then drag and drop the files into a folder in the my documents and you should have mp3 files or wmv files.

check your recycle bin, if you've emptied it since then their gone, if you were lucky enough to make a backup before the files were deleted look for an archive that windows generates on your hard-drive as windows.old and your oblivion saves should be hanging around in my documents, my saved games, oblivion saves (or possibly in my documents, my games , my saved games depending on your OS)
Should be in the "my games" folder in the Documents folder - Start - My Documents. (or Documents for vista)
They're in your documents folder listed as (yourplayername).sav
go into your documents and you should see a file labeled 'Limewire'. open that file. you see the 'saved' file? right click that and choose 'send to my documents'. go back to documents and drag the Saved file into My Music. you should have the Zune and Saved file in there. drag the Saved file into Zune and that should be it. if you have nay problems with this, message me
Your computer should auto save your documents. Go into history and look under "today," see if it auto-saved the document you saved over. This just happened to me and I was able to recover it.
