Bettas are egglayers, not livebearers, so the female will not 'give birth'. Males and females should never be kept together due to aggression. If the female cannot see a male, most of the time she will not fill up with eggs. If you set out to breed bettas and the female is full of eggs, put her in a glass jar in the male's tank so they can see but not get to each other. Once the male has blown a large bubblenest, make sure there are plenty of hiding places. Release the female and supervise them closely. The female cannot spawn without the male's help. You will see him wrap himself around her and squeeze the eggs out of her body. After each embrace she will float motionless as if dead for a few moments before recovering. When each squeeze produces no eggs, the male will stop seeing her as a breeding opportunity and start seeing her as a threat to the eggs. He will chase her away violently. It is the female, not the male, that should be removed. She will be exhausted and probably injured. Salt, melafix, good food and rest will sort her out. Do not spawn her again for at least a month. The male can be left guarding the eggs. He will pick up any that fall out of the nest and put them back. Some males, often inexperienced breeders, will be good parents for some time and then suddenly eat the eggs or fry. For this reason, a lot of breeders either remove the male and lower the water level in the breeding tank, or else remove the eggs, put them in a shallow container and float them in a heated tank.
They do not give birth they lay eggs (spawn). The female should be removed after they have finished spawning otherwise the male will kill her.
I believe that would be the female. The hyena is a dog and female dogs give birth.
Only female dolphins give birth. Although male Bottle-Nosed Dolphins will have sex with other male Bottle-Nosed Dolphins.
No only female.

The only female pandas give birth.
They give birth by mating with a male and a female
Yes, female aphids can give birth to males, but they cannot do so parthenogenically. Normally a female would reproduce asexually - she would give birth to exact clones of herself, but if she mates, she will then be capable of giving birth to unique aphids, both male and female.
yes it can so can the female
Well obviously, you cant have a male and a male giving birth could you!!
