Perhaps there is a meaning I'm not aware of, but "trousers" is as far as I know a British term for a pair of pants. I really don't see the connection between your pants and a dead budgie.

If this is the case you need to get to cages and slowly show the new budgie to the older budgie. keep doing it again and again until eventually you should be able to keep the two birds in one cage.
