This process is not soo easy to do. But if you are really particular about your fitness, then you have to follow the below steps.

  • Drink half liter(increase 10ml daily) water in the morning once you wake up
  • A cup of corn flakes/ oats for Breakfast.
  • Avoid elevators, bus, car, cycle & motorcycle if the place is near by to you.
  • Clean your home every weekend - a free aeorbic training.
  • Intake less sugar, cheese, butter, alcohol(stop if possible), coffee/tea & oil.

You will have a healthy life If you do all the above & see your sweat coming out of your body.

Try this for 2 days check you weight & stand in front of the mirror see yourself.

You really shouldn't. No matter how many "magic" diets are out there, it's not at all about what you eat. The chemicals produced when you are stressed, and other chemicals such as caffeine and alcohol really don't help your cause either if you want to diet. Ideally, you body may most likely settle on a healthy weight if you..

Eat a small snack every 90 minutes rather that three (or five, in my case) square meals. This has been proven to boost your energy by a considerable amount.

Organize your life! If you have a set schedule, preferably one that is flexible, you will most likely have less to worry about. This also holds true for a budget.

Do yoga! I don't care if you don't have time, just do it. Amazingly enough, moving your body nay have a chance to make the fluids inside move better!

Watch what you eat. If you are an impulsive eater, then you have to overcome it. It will most definitely be useful in the long run. Also, use common sense when finding something to eat. When cooking, go for olive oil. Also, eat something based on what you will be doing that day. i can't tell you how many days I've had be ruined by eating a crappy breakfast.

Also, don't do anything your body really feels like it shouldn't. When starting yoga for the first time, push yourself, but not too much or you WILL hurt yourself.
