Dont take any medication! I had food poisoning with my 3rd pregnancy when I was only 8 weeks. They sent me for a scan but I think this was to reassure me more than anything as they could not see anything on the scan. They kept an eye on me during the preg for anything unusual but everything was fine. he is running round being a typical naughty boy :-) my advice, tell your doctor/midwife but dont worry

∙ 12y agoFood poisoning is very hard on your stomach and bowels. You want to empty them of the toxic bacteria as quickly as you can. This will help fix you up and you can find it at the grocery store. KEFIR. It is super yogurt and a milkshake type thickness that you drink.
If your grocery does not have it, they may be all out. It it purchased as soon as it hits the shelves for its nutrition. Any health food store would carry KEFIR in a variety of fruit filled flavors.
Drink it by the quarts. It will cleanse out your intestines, and replace good bacteria to fight off the bad. You will feel better super fast if you guzzle as much KEFIR as you can, for as long as you can.
