My mom lost that much fast by eating EVERYTHING exept Sugar and Non-wheat breads or pastas. If your going to eat flour, (breads and pastas), then make sure you buy them Whole Wheat flour. Also dont eat chips or South Beach diets that says you will lose weight or Lean Cuisine. It wont work because it has something called Hydrogenated Oil. Dont eat anything that says it has Hydrogenated Oil which will mostly be frozen, presserved meat in a microwavable box. Good Luck on choosing the right things I said!
