A business letter should have : top right - your address and the date top left - Reference nos (theirs and yours), their addressapart from your address you write the date.
The salutation itself ("Dear Ms. Jones") should not include your return address. On a business letter, the return address can go in the upper right corner of the cover letter. The salutation goes below the delivery address.
Receivers address on the right. I do not think a return address is necessary. I believe the rest of the format should be like writing a note or a letter.

About 11cm apart and if you are right handed, you right foot should be slightly more in front than your left and if you're left handed your left foot should be slightly in front of your right.

You put your stamp on the top right corner. If you have address labels, you should put your address label on the top left corner. To make the letter seem friendly you should put fun, cut stickers on the back of the envelope. Oh, and the stamp and address label go on the back of the envelope too!

To take it apart you have to unscrew all the screws on one of the sides and it should come apart.
