I am thinking that you can go to school to be whatever it is you want to be. There should be plenty of colleges who are good when it comes to their music background. You have to be ready to learn when you do find the college.
In order to become a business development manager you normally need to have graduated from high school. Other than that, you can either take a business management course at college, or get the necessary experience at work and prove your skills.
Go to school, get your degree in Business management and then you can become ANY type of manager. Logic
