You can increase the wbc (white blood count) in the human body by the ingestion of certain foods containing zinc such as oysters, dark turkey meat, pot roast, squash seeds and pumpkin. Yogurt may also increase wbc in about 30% of women.

Medically, corticosteroids, lithium, heparin and epinephrine may also be used.
