Well the best thing I would think to do would be to drop some hits that you're the one who did it. But if you would what it to be romantic hold off from telling her for about a week, a little more a little less, because then she will be dieing to know! The sad part is that after you tell her and she says that she doesn't like you there is not much you can do to change her mind but if she's says yes well that's really great!
