Dragon plate body and chain body are both pretty expensive pieces of armor but a good idem is fighters torso i know your thinking you have to do some dumb mini-game but the torso is very good it is better than a rune platebody and is the only plantebody that gives a strength bounes other than bandos platebody which costs around 20M-26M

The rune platebody is a very essential part of a f2p runescape player. Any runescape f2p player over level 45 combat should have don't the Dragon Slayer quest, therefore having the right to wear the Rune platebody. The Kalphite Queen drops a Dragon 2h Sword, along with Dragon Chainbody. But it is not advised that you even try to take her on. She is level 333 and has got multiple forms which you need to kill. Just try to buy it in the Grand Exchange, someone might sell it. Try world 2.

I would have at least 40 strength, When I completed dragon slayer I had 42 def, 40 attack, and 44 strength. I wore all rune, a scimmy, a chainbody, a platelegs, a dragon shield, and a ful helm. But, you can always complete it at 40 strenght, defense, and attack. I was really an easy quest if you are worried.

I believe that would be the Tetsu Body. It can be obtained via the player-owned ports. A degradable version can be bought from other players. It is possible that no player has gotten to the point where he can make such armour yet (as of January 2013), but these armour items should become available soon.
