One thing that i tend to put on there is basic intangibles like leadership qualities and past stories that make me look more credible. Something important for applying to jobs is ensuring that your application is properly formatted and looks clean.

Answer
Look at the job description and/or title. If there is not much information given, Google the job title and you'll find the skills needed. Make a list of the skills.
Then, look at your experience and match the job(s) and duties you have had. Match them up, using the ad or the description you found. Then, write short sentences within your job listing.
For the education portion, make sure you list your education truthfully. Most times, experience is counted toward the educational requirement. List any specialized training you have had.
CV? The first thing that comes to my mind is Constant Velocity carborator. Custom Vehicle? Constant Value? Core Value? Construction Vehicle?

One idea is to obtain a federal job application and gather all of your information, including your full name, address and contact information. Your experience and education follow that.

That section is likely optional. If there is something about you or your past achievements that you have not already included in the application, and you think it will benefit your application, this is the space for you write about it.
If there isn't a specific place to include it, write it in the "other information" section, or include it in a cover letter if required.
