If you want to multiply the contents of cells A1 and B3, use the formula =A1*B3.
It will give you a warning and ask if you want to replace the contents of the destination cells. You can then choose whether to do so or not.

There is no button in Excel that automatically moves cell contents three cells to the right. If you have experienced this before in a spreadsheet, you probably used a custom macro someone wrote to do that task. You can move contents of a cell by right-clicking on the right border of the cell and dragging to where you want.
