• Just "hang around" and chat with friends or strangers.
• Get a skill to level 99.
• Get all skills to level 40 or higher. Or some other level, which you choose.
• Specifically raise your combat level - or combat-related skills.
• Set a goal for TOTAL levels - for example, 500, 800, 1000, 1500, etc.
• Do all quests.
• Do all tasks.
• Earn game money, to get some valuable item.
