There is no one breed that is the "best behaved dog". Any dog can be a great pet, if it is raised the right way and properly socialized and trained. Before buying a puppy (or adopting a dog) make sure you research what the breed needs and it's general temperment is-there will always be exceptions though. Be sure that you don't adopt say, an Alaskan Malamute (a big dog with a heavy coat who needs a lot of exercise) if you live in an apartment in a warm city. The dog will begin to misbehave because of lack of exercise and no one will be happy. Or, adopting a Neopolitan Mastiff because you want a guard dog or "manly" dog, if you have no experience--these dogs are massive, independent and strong willed. They need a experienced owner who knows how to handle them. Make sure you are adopting the dog for the right reasons, that you have the time to train and exercise, and that it fits your lifestyle. Then you'll have the best behaved dog of anyone!
It is not recommended to purchase coyote dog puppies as they are a hybrid breed that can have unpredictable behavior and may not make suitable pets. It is best to consider adopting a dog from a reputable shelter or rescue organization instead.
It really depends on where you live and where you're adopting from, and what your adopting ie: dog cat kid, rabbit

if by "they" you mean the people from the place you are adopting the dog, then it depends on where you adopt the dog. if you adopt through a rescue, they most likely will, but when you are adopting from a municipal, county, city etc. shelter, than chances are not likely - but then again, some do.
When it comes to buying or adopting a dog, many people spend a little too much time focusing on the breed. What it really comes down to is the individual dog's personality. Terriers are known for being energetic, but some can be quite relaxed. Still, breed is a good guideline for what to expect of a dog in general. When adopting a mutt from a pound, it's a good idea to get some information on the dog's genetic makeup so you can plan accordingly.
If you are looking at the cost of adopting a pet generally a cat is cheaper. The standard vaccinations and neutering is similar in cost. Good luck with your choice
When adopting a Miko dog, it is important to consider factors such as the dog's temperament, exercise needs, grooming requirements, and any potential health issues specific to the breed. Additionally, it is crucial to provide proper training, socialization, and a safe environment for the dog to thrive.
Going to a kennel and picking one would be a good start
