THAT IS STEALING. if you want to read a book go to the library or purchase it reading it off the internet is piracy and that is a crime.

There are not many websites that let people read ghost hunting books for free. A person can always go to their local library to read the books or on their Kindle.
to start with little books help them read those then on chapter books help them on those a little while and then let them do it themselfs and see how they do.
Usually PDA's can't read digital books unless you convert the file to a word document.

Why won't they let you read it? Stuff them, I say. They should be encouraging you to tea not telling you that you can't. Just buy the books yourself or read them at a library, school library, public library etc.
