If you're talking about the headlight itself, and not the bulb, no it will not swap between a Fit and Prelude.

You need to replace the entire headlight. Only remove the screws that hold the trim in place. Don't back out the adjustment screws.
You are changing a burnt out halogen bulb I presume. There is no need to remove the headlight assembly. Just simply remove the bulb from the assembly and replace it. Look on the back side of the headlight under the hood and find the connection for the bulb. Normally you turn the socket slightly to the left and then it will come straight out. Do not touch the new bulb with your fingers or it will blow as soon as you turn it on. I hope this helps you.
