I have a 1000ca 850cca And that is what ive always used. works great and hope this helps.
one for a 97 silverado
Yes, provided the Silverado has a small block engine... they both use the 4L60E, but if the Silverado is a 454SS or some other large block model, it'll need a 4L80E transmission.
If your truck is a 1/2 ton then you need a 96 or 97 4L60E transmission. If it is a 3/4 ton then you need a 96 or 97 4L80E transmission. These are the ONLY 2 years that will work in you 97 model. You also need to tell them if it is a 4-wheel drive are not. Tell them the engine size too. That should take care of it.
You probably need to add power steering fluid.
3/8 inch Allen, a socket Allen works the best
Yes
You need to charge your battery or get a jump. Replace the battery or have it checked because it is dead.
That would be a 4L60E
The type of battery a 1997 Mazda Millennia uses is the group size 35, 720 CCA. This battery can be purchased at any auto parts store.
As far as a direct bolt in NO. But if you have the smarts and the know how, you can put anything in there.
