∙ 11y agoa M8 (8 mm metric) screw is needed for this television. Your wall mount should come with at least 8 different sizes of screws to fit all different models of TV's. Depending on the thickness of the backplate, you will need to use a shorter or longer screw. Use only a long enough screw that you can turn 4 or so turns with the back plate attached. Any longer and you risk damaging components inside the TV.
