4X6
The front speakers in a 1994 Jeep Wrangler YJ measure 4 inches by 6 inches. These speakers are in the dash of the vehicle.
the sport bar is simple, flat screwdriver will pop off grilles and unscrew speakers and unplug wires. The same as dash only there are no grilles in dash speakers
There is a subwoofer in the center console, 2 speakers on the rollbar, and 4 in the dash (a tweeter and woofer on each side).
it is located to the right side of the gas pedal up under the dash
If a 1999 Jeep Wrangler dash gauge stops working, check the fuse. The fuse may have blown out and will need replaced.
Possibly the dash light dimmer, located next to the headlight switch, is turned down. Turn it to brighten the lights.
Behind the glovebox.
Upshift.
Speakers for the front are 4x6 plate speakers. There are a good amount of aftermarket speakers available. You could also hit eBay and get 5 1/4 adapters so you can get the round 5 1/4 in there. Modification is fairly simple.
Remove the side panels closest to the doors and unscrew the top screws on the dash. Once you remove it will be easy to take out the stock speakers and replace them. I replaced mine with a pair of Alpine Type S SPS-600 Speakers, this makes a huge difference. Good luck!
No. Check engine lights didn't start in the Wrangler until the MPI system came out for the 1991 model years. For both the 4 and 6 cyl engines.
Driver's side, under the dash.
