Get a plastic or rubber trash bin, ask someone at store if it holds 50 lbs, I'm sure you can find one, make sure the bin is going to fit where you want to put it. some dogfood co's sell dog food in their bins at times in stores, these are secure and open easily with the lid flip up, but i think these only hold about 35 lbs.
