how do i replace a water hose in 1993 pontiac grand am
Where are the vacuum hose located at on '97 Pontiac grand am? Where are the vacuum hose located at on '97 Pontiac grand am?
By buying an AC charge hose and a can or 2 of R134a freon (depending on how much your car needs) Attach hose to the low pressure side & charge system. Do not overcharge, or you may destroy the AC system.
The low side ac port on a 1997 Pontiac Firebird should be located on a hose on the passenger side. The hose is close to the radiator.

Quick release fitting located on the low pressure side (Larger hose from compressor)
I don't know the name, but it takes the R-134A fitting. It's the same fitting on the hose that goes on the can. Hope that helps.
lay on your back and look up at the compressor in the right front section of the engine compartment, it is a fitting on the larger hose coming off of the compressor.
its located on the heater core
Follow the upper radiator hose from the radiator to the engine. It should be in the metal housing the hose is clamped to.
Look at your ac compresser, there will be two different size hoses on it. the large line is the high pressure , the small hose is the low. If your trying to ad freon, your hose from the can will only fit the small line fitting, it wont allow you to access to high pressure side. The fittings will usually have a small black cover on them, just unscrew it and your fill hose will connect to it. You can only fill from the low side, the fill hose wont fit the high side fitting
There will be an input of some kind
