Anything outside the 'normal' range of small, medium and large is usually down to the manufacturers. I'm usually an XL in t-shorts and polo-shirts here in Ireland, but in the US have been anything from an L to a XXXL.
Your best advice would probably be to know your chest or waist measurements and ask the manufacturers directly, or carry a tape measure with you.
Women's X X large.
Its still a UK Mens size 6 ,but you can still Get kids shoes in that size Xx Kim x
I'd say extra large, because I'm an x-small at A&F and a large at the kid's store so yeah. I have the same question. Except for the fact that I am an x-small at abercrombie and fitch. Sometimes x-small is to big though. So i assume that I would wear a small at abercrombie and kids. I think it is two sizes up from what size you are at the adult store.
Men's large.

Yes, the size 38W x 34L and XL are considered a size. 38W is the waistline and 34L is the length. XL stands for extra large.

The size of a Standard King size duvet cover in North American is 102" x 86" or 259 x 218 cm. This is also the same size duvet cover for a California King.

As large as you can get but certainly not smaller than 48" x 18" x 18".
A 38DD is larger than a 38D. They say a 38DD is equal to a 40E but from my work experience, a 38DD is closer in size to a 40D cup-wise.
