I would assume it would. I haven't worked with those specific years but everything I've seen with the Cherokee(and jeep in general) is that most years are interchangeable as long as they are same engine size.

The 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee in the Laredo trim (with TPMS sensors) can fit 22x9.5 inch wheels. The suggested tire size for this wheel fitment is P265/35/22.
I HAVE A 91 JEEP CHEROKEE LAREDO AND I PUT 31'S UNDER MY STOCK JEEP SO I WOULD GO WITH 31'' TIRES THATS THE LARGEST THAT YOU CAN PUT ON A STOCK CHEROKEE WITH OUT PUTTING A LIFT KIT ON IT AND MINE HAVENT RUBED YET.
