Left / front (driver's side) of transmission has a large plug nut. it uses a 3/8 socket wrench (insert socket handle into hole in drain plug - left loosy)

Google Honda pilot block heater. There is a parts dealer that includes installation instructions showing where the plug is to drain the coolant. This is where the block heater screws in, replacing the bolt.

Drain plug is located on Bottom right side of transmission, it has a square hole in it for your 3/8 ratchet wrench .
The transmission drain plug on a 1999 Honda CR-V is found on transmission. It is located under the housing and requires a 17 mm wrench to remove.

Is it required to change the crush washer on the engine oil pan drain plug
If it's the "oil" drain plug, the size wrench is, better yet use a socket wrench=13mm.
If the drain plug is original equipment, it takes a 17mm wrench or socket.
