It's a job i would love to do myself, when i have left school and college, you would need to be very outgoing, a chatty kind of person not shy, very kind and caring towards people, but you can just be yourself really, you need to not have any stage fright, be good with children, loud, entertaining, obvs, singing, dancing, and acting to a statisfactory level. But most important being real and genuine to the holiday makers.
