You cannot rub off paint from brushed aluminum wheels. In order to remove said paint, you will have to use a chemical solvent.

If the glass is flat, you can scape paint off it very efficiently with a razor. If the glass is curved, you have to use a solvent. Ceramic figures should be left to dry for 24hours and we can easily apply paint & when the paint gets dry applying varnish on it will give a shiny look.
