Any solvent can; the more ions it dissipates into, the more it will change the boiling point (in general).
You shouldn't expect a very large change, however.
Pressure tends to affect boiling point more than solvents.
They can change by lowering the freezing point.
Boiling point is a property, and the actual boiling itself is a physical property.
At the boiling point the liquid phase is changed to a gas phase.
cold water heating up to its boiling point a physical change or a chemical change
What is the phase change in evaporation
yes
no
It all depends on the liquid, like waters boiling point is diffent then something like Mercury

At the boiling point a change of phase exist: from liquid to gas.
Boiling point elevation

Solutes raise and lower the boiling points of solvents. :)

These values depends (specially the boiling point) on the pressure.
Adding a solute to a pure solvent will lower the freezing point, elevate the boiling point, and lower the vapor pressure.
