A bigger persons voice is bigger than a smaller persons voice because a bigger person chest is bigger while the smallers person chest is smaller.
first you should use your head voice for higher notes and chest voice for lower or in the middle notes and always warm up so that you dont strain your voice or damage any vocal chords. =p

Getting voice over training will be good for you too get a break. You need as much training on your resume as possible.
regine velasquez has a 3-6 octave notes all of that in some songs hit by her in full chest voice and some are in falsetto of head tone :)
I'm a professional classical baritone and I can tell you that is completely normal to have your falsetto range extend beyond your chest voice.
