Mexicans basically drink what everyone else drinks. Of special importance you can find beer (Corona beer is from Mexico,by the way), tequila, rum and whiskey. As for traditional drinks:

Non-Alcoholic Beverages include Hot Chocolate - it was invented in Mexico (Aztec: xocolatl), (Maya: chocolha) - atole which is a masa-based traditional hot beverage, champurrado which is a mix of chocolate and atole, or agua de horchata, which is a beverage made of rice.

Alcoholic beverages include tequila and mezcal, made from distilled agave plants and aguardiente made from sugar cane.
