The answer is Voyager 2.
It reached Uranus in 1986.

The hubble space telecope also sent many photos of Uranus to Earth, It's just that The Voyager II is older.

There have been several spacecraft that have taken images of Titan. The first to take images of Titan was Pioneer 11, which took place in 1979. In 1980, Voyager 1 was able to take photos. In 2004, the Cassini probe was able to take the clearest pictures yet of Titan. The final space craft to take images of Titan is Huygens.
The New Horizons spacecraft.

They found planet jupiter.
Jupiter ;)
All of the eight planets have been visited or orbited by space probes.
There were two, Jupiter and Saturn.
No and probably never will as Jupiter is a gaseous planet.
No spacecraft has visited all the planets.
A spacecraft didn't visit Jupiter it is just a ball of gas.

No, Galileo has been the only probe to actually orbit Jupiter.
No person has visited Jupiter the closest we have been is to observe the planet with high powered telescopes.
