It MUST be 60 to 66 PSI with key on and engine off. NO lower are higher are you will have starting and running problems. It can read 50 LBS. when engine is running.
Depends on what engine is in this car. Use the 5W-40W grade fully synthetic engine oil. For gasoline engine check that the oil is A3 spec. For diesel engine, it should be B3 spec.
most rockers do not have a torque spec depends on the engine some have a lash spec which has to be set with a feeler gauge but it is different for every engine
Get the compreesion spec, then aquire a compression leak down kit. Test compression, make sure it is in or close to spec. If compression is fine, try an NGK BR series plug, and clean then adjust the carb to spec. If the engine does not fire, check for spark and fuel flow. If the engine still does not fire, take it to a service pro. If all above systems are fine, then you should have it running in no time.
Spec for your engine should be in manual. usually slightly advanced (like 8 degrees-or thereabouts)
This depends on what engine you are working on.
check your exhaust system there should be a wire running in to your exhaust tat is your o2 sensor good luck There are two o2 sensors, one in the engine and one coming out of the Cat Converter in the exhaust system.
