Typically undead monsters in Final Fantasy are weak to Fire spells and take damage from Cure spells. Sometimes they can be destroyed outright with Life spells if the game lets you use them on them. That goes for items with spell-like effects also such as Phoenix Down which can destroy undead monsters in Final Fnatasy VI.
In general, the Fire spells work well against most undead monsters, and also the Cure spells deal damage to them too. Depending on the game, resurrection spells can sometimes destroy them outright, for example the Phantom Train in FFVI can be defeated easily by using a Phoenix Down on it. However this doesn't apply to all games or bosses, some won't let you use the Life spell on opponents.
The spell should work on ANY undead.

It seems like you might be referring to the alignment options for the "Protection from Evil and Good" spell in Dungeons & Dragons. The spell provides protection against certain creature types depending on the alignment chosen. For example, selecting "Virtuous" may protect against creatures with celestial or fey alignments, while selecting "the Unwell" may protect against creatures with fiend or undead alignments.
As an adjective it is "untot". The noun like "a zombie" is "ein Untoter".
summon the basic, weak skeleton. get a novice turn undead spell, which you would of probably started out with(talking about both spells) keep casting the turn undead spell on the skeleton. Your conjuration will raise FAST.

The code word on Moshi Monsters is "HOBBIDIDANCE."
Make sure you have an equal number of monster and trap/magic cards. Try not to have too many tribute summon monsters. Effect monsters are more effective altogether versus normal monsters. Have more spell cards that affect life points. Try not to play yu-gi-oh, as it is not a good way to meet women XD
Against is the correct spelling.
