Cuba is the closest to stage three although they have slight population decrease it is considered to still have an increasing population. If you were to look at the population pyramids it would show you that the majority of the population is in the younger of the generations. As time would go on you would see a trend going to until the majority of the population is at 80 or over. I however would disagree because the average life expectancy at birth is just around 75 and by that time many would have died declining the majority population areas.
